1. Introduction

Welcome to Foodi, a food delivery platform owned and operated by Wheel Group.
By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.


2. Definitions

  • “Foodi” refers to the company, platform, and related services.

  • “User” refers to any person using Foodi to browse, order, or deliver food.

  • “Restaurant Partner” means any food provider listed on Foodi.

  • “Delivery Partner” refers to delivery personnel associated with Foodi.


3. Eligibility

To use Foodi, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent.

  • Provide accurate and complete registration details.

  • Use the service in compliance with Jordanian laws and regulations.


4. Our Services

Foodi connects customers with local restaurants for online food ordering and delivery.
We act as a facilitator between customers, restaurants, and delivery partners.
Foodi is not responsible for:

  • The quality, preparation, or safety of the food.

  • Delays or cancellations caused by restaurants, delivery partners, or external factors (e.g., traffic or weather).


5. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • Any actions performed under your account will be considered your responsibility.

  • Foodi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.


6. Orders and Payments

  • All orders placed through Foodi are binding once confirmed.

  • Prices and delivery fees are displayed before checkout and may vary by restaurant or location.

  • Payments can be made using cash on delivery or secure online payment gateways.

  • Refunds will be handled according to our Refund Policy (where applicable).


7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled before confirmation by the restaurant.

  • Once the restaurant accepts your order, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Refunds will only be processed in cases of restaurant unavailability, payment error, or non-delivery due to system faults.

8. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to restaurant preparation or external conditions.

  • Foodi aims to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries but does not guarantee delivery timeframes.

  • Users must provide accurate delivery addresses and contact details.


9. Restaurant Partners

  • Restaurants are responsible for food quality, packaging, hygiene, and compliance with health standards.

  • Menu prices and availability are controlled by each restaurant.

  • Foodi is not liable for errors or omissions in restaurant menus.


10. Limitation of Liability

Foodi and Wheel Group shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits or data arising from use of our platform.

  • Any issues caused by third parties, including payment gateways or restaurants.


11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and designs appearing on Foodi are the property of Wheel Group.
You may not copy, modify, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.


12. Privacy

Your use of Foodi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your personal data.


13. Termination

Foodi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.


14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Amman, Jordan.


15. Changes to Terms

Foodi may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
